Článek se zaměřuje na představení základních metodologických principů a obecných pravidel analýzy a interpretace hudebního díla s mytologickým námětem. Interpretačním zdrojem je teorie archetypů Carla Gustava Junga a její aplikace do oblasti hudebního umění. Hudba a mýtus jsou chápány jako vzájemně komplementární a nezaměnitelné způsoby archetypální symbolizace.

This paper is focused on layout of the basic methodological principles and general rules at analysis plus interpretation of a musical work with mythological theme. Interpretative resource is the theory of archetypes by Carl Gustav Jung and its application on area of musical art. Music and myth are comprehended like a mutually complementarity incommutable diction of the archetypal symbology.
