Kapitola shrnuje výsledky výzkumné studie kyberšikany na Ostravské univerzitě v Ostravě u 1030 vysokoškoláků. Cílem výzkumu bylo nejen zmapování výskytu kyberšikany a analýza tohoto a souvisejících jevů u studentů a studentek Ostravské univerzity, ale pozornost byla také zaměřena na frekvenci činností, které provádějí studenti a studentky na internetu, na strategie boje proti kyberšikaně a analýzu tradiční šikany. Závěr kapitoly je věnován srovnání tradiční šikany a kyberšikany u studentů a studentek Ostravské univerzity v Ostravě a výzkumu kyberšikany na Boloňské univerzitě.

This chapter summarizes the results of research studies cyberbullying at University of Ostrava in Ostrava in 1030 students. The aim of this study was to map theincidence of cyberbullying and analysis of this and related phenomena in students of the University of Ostrava, but attention was also focused on the frequency of activities carried out by students on the Internet, strategies to combat cyberbullying and the traditional analysis. Conclusion of the chapter is devoted to a comparison of traditional bullying and cyberbullying for students of the University of Ostrava and the research of cyberbullying at the University of Bologna.
