This paper contains a draft proposal for an e-learning course in electronic marketing and communication for the small and medium enterprise sector. Individual parts of the course deal with creation of web pages, search engine optimizations, marketing communications on the internet, social networks and mobile marketing. The course graduate gains knowledge about electronic marketing tools and skills to use them in practice in accordance with entrepreneurial and marketing aims and objectives of the given entity. This paper also contains a description and results of testing the pilot online tutorial of internet marketing for Small and Medium Enterprises.
