Childrens' health;access to instituions of supports and helps in deprived social situations like poverty and handicaps; prevention by changing the structure

Die Frage ist nicht, wie die Bewohner benachteiligter Quartiere Zugang zu den Instititionen finden, sondern welchen Zugang die Insitutionen schaffen, damit sie ihre Klienten finden. Was macht ein Quartier zu einem Quartier, in dem Aufwachsen gelingen kann, was eine zentrale Voraussetzung für die Gesundheit ist.

The question is not, how people of deprived areas find access to the institutions, but how find the the institutions its clients under the conditions of deprivation and poverty. What makes a quarter to an environment, in which growing up can sacceed? That is the central conditions of childrens' health.
