World wide web, effectiveness and efficiency of computers in teaching

Přes 30 let jsou počítače používány ve vzdělávání. Během této doby bylo realizováno velké množství projektů. Bylo také uskutečněno velké množství experimentů s různými skupinami studentů a v různých částech světa byla měřena výkonnost a efektivita použití počítačů v učení žáků.

Over 30 years computers have been used in teaching and learning processes. A large number of projects have been completed during this period. Moreover, a large number of experiments have been performed with different types of students and the effectiveness and efficiency of computers in teaching has been measured in different part of the world. In this paper, the authors review the existing framework. After a historical review, the effect of the Internet and the World Wide Web service in teaching and learning will be discussed. Finally, a number of educational software will be demonstrated.
