Education related to visual arts being a special field for teachers? activities operating at the 1st and 2nd level of elementary education; internal approach for educating teachers (teaching not only visual arts) as a whole in institutional conditions; aesthetical and ethic principles (including aesthetical-social ones) in connection with the concept of lifelong learning for teachers, principle of respect to life, humanism and humanistic view of the world, constructivism in education, their relation the concept and theoretical background of visual arts called Artefiletics, structuralistic, logical and mathematical principles and the like.

Předkládaný projekt Hodnoty a integrita výtvarného vzdělávání na 1. a 2. stupni základního vzdělávání řeší problém rozvoje profesních kompetencí učitelů v kontextu s aktuálními školskými kurikulárními dokumenty Rámcové vzdělávací programy České republiky platných od roku 2004. Složitost a integrita řešení otázek, které si komplexita institucionálního řešení na katedře výtvarné výchovy Pedagogické fakulty Ostravské univerzity v Ostravě v minulých letech vyžádaly, vyústila ve zvnitřňující pojetí profesionalizace učitelů koncipovaného a strukturovaného na principech estetických (včetně sociálně-estetických zahrnujících principy etické), uměleckých, na principech s vazbou na filozofii pojetí profesní přípravy a celoživotního vzdělávání učitelů.

The project Values and Integrity Related to Visual Arts Concerning the 1st and 2nd Level of Elementary Education deals with the points at issue regarding development of teachers? professional competences within the frame of current educational school curricular documents Frame Educational Programmes of the Czech Republic valid since 2004. The Complexity and integrity related to solution to the problems having being required by the complexity of the institutional solution at the Department of Visual Arts, Pedagogical Faculty of Ostrava University in Ostrava in last years, resulted in submitted concept of teachers? professionalisation being situated and structured on the aesthetical principles (including social-aesthetic comprising the ethical principles), artistic principles, also on the principles connected with the philosophy related to the concept of professional preparation and lifelong education of the teachers.
