university teacher, attitude, digital technology, self-directed learning
Annotation in original language:
Digital technologies are playing an increasingly important role in higher education, not only from the perspective of students, but also from that of teachers themselves. A key aspect of the effective use of these tools is the ability of university teachers to adapt to technological changes and develop their own self-directed learning. This scientific study aims to determine how university teachers' attitudes toward digital technologies influence their readiness for selfdirected learning.
