Key words in English:
artificial intelligence; AI assistants; Python; escape games; gamification; ChatGPT; Claude; programming education
Annotation in original language:
This case study examines the use of AI assistants - specifically ChatGPT and Claude - in the creation of educational escape games in the Python programming language. The aim of the study was to determine whether these tools can help teachers without in-depth programming knowledge to design and implement functional game applications that can be used in teaching. Using an experimental approach, the outputs of both AI models were compared in different types of games (text, graphic, arcade). The results show differences in code quality, creativity, and technical complexity. The study confirms the potential of AI tools to support teachers in creating interactive educational materials, while also highlighting the need for basic technical literacy to use these technologies effectively.
