Myšlenkové mapy jsou využívány v nejrůznějších oblastech výzkumu.Předkládaný výzkum využívá myšlenkové mapy jako nástroj získánízpětné vazby o edukačním procesu studentů učitelství chemie na vysokéškole konkrétně v laboratorním cvičení. Hodnotí pre-myšlenkové mapy,které studenti psali bezprostředně před zahájením laboratorního cvičenía porovnává je s post-myšlenkovými mapami, které byly sepsány studentyihned po laboratorním cvičení. Výsledky poukazují na rozdílnost studentů,problematiku kvantitativního hodnocení a bodování myšlenkových mapi zakomponování získaných poznatků studentů do myšlenkových map narůzných úrovních.

Mind maps have been used in a variety of research areas. The proposedresearch uses mind maps as a tool to obtain feedback on the educationalprocess of chemistry teacher students in college specifically ina laboratory exercise. It evaluates the pre-mind maps written by studentsright before the laboratory exercise and compares them with the post-mindmaps written by students right after the laboratory exercise. The results show the diversity of students, the issues of quantitative assessment andscoring of the mind maps, as well as the embedding of the students'acquired knowledge in the mind maps at different levels.
