Annotation in original language:	Through the methodic „Diagnosis of competences for manager command inextraordinary crisis situations” an ensemble of fifty managers from an area of petrochemicalindustry were tested. An objective of this study was to find out, how much their abilities respondto the requirements for so-called manager-commander, therefore someone, who is able toeffectively manage not just in common situations, but especially in a case of an extraordinaryevent. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to plan specific training that develops andstrengthens the required competencies.
