Klíčová slova anglicky:
kleptocracy, authoritarianism, weak state, colonialism, corruption
Popis v původním jazyce:
Because of its complexity and dependence on the understanding of other terms such as corruption, rent-seeking, prebendalism, autocracy, patrimonialism, etc., kleptocracy is relatively difficult to define, and in the academic environment we encounter several similar terms that are not fundamentally different from kleptocracy, such as predatory state (Lundahl, 1997), state capture, strategic corruption, state capture. These are understood as a type of kleptocratic state or as a significant or dominant feature of the kleptocratic system. The chapter deals with this phenomenon, especially from the perspective of weak states and authoritarian regimes.
