Popis v původním jazyce:
Women face increasign societal pressure to take on multiple roles in their professional and personal lives, and are coming into considerable conflict as they try to build careers and be mothers. In order to pursue promising careers, women are often pushed to return to work soon after the birth of a child. This often means finding an adequate and qualified replacement for their child, which is usually a nanny. And we wonder: Do agencies provide sufficient evidence of nanny professionalism?
