Karviná, Vanished City, didactic web game, memory of the landscape, place-based learning

Článek popisuje proces vytváření edukační hry určené pro terénní výuku v prostoru zmizelého města Karviná na Těšínském Slezsku. Jejím cílem je implementovat výsledky vědecké práce do učitelské praxe na středních i základních školách. Hra má výrazně mezioborový charakter, kombinuje přírodovědnou, literární, jazykovou, historickou, uměleckou a hudební perspektivu. V tomto článku se zabýváme použitými prameny i našim pohybem v krajině při přípravě jednotlivých tras a charakterizujeme typy úkolů, které hra obsahuje. V současné chvíli je hra ve fázi pilotního testování.

The paper describes the process of creating of an educational game designed for field education in the area of the vanished city of Karviná in Cieszyn/ Těšín Silesia. Its aim is to implement results of scientific work into teaching practice at secondary and primary schools. The game is strongly interdisciplinary in character, combining natural science, literary, linguistic, historical, artistic and musical perspectives. In this paper, we outline initial sources used as well as our movement through the landscape in preparing each trail, and characterize the types of tasks to be performed on it. The pilot testing of the functionality of the whole game is to follow.
