Studie se věnuje problematice politické reprezentace jako politické dimenzi spravedlnosti, která je podmínkou a předpokladem pro spravedlivé uspořádání společnosti. Vychází z potřeby artikulovat kritický postoj k zneuznání osob v rámci národních států i v rovině globální a má práce je motivována snahou formulovat normativní východiska, která by mohla být předpokladem pro seberealizaci a spravedlivé postavení lidí v pospolitostech.

The study deals with the issue of political representation as a political dimension of justice, which is a condition and prerequisite for a fair organization of society. It is based on the need to articulate a critical attitude towards the disrecognition of persons within nation states and at the global level, and my work is motivated by an effort to formulate normative starting points that could be a prerequisite for self-realization and the just status of people in communities.
