Annotation in english language:	Althgough A. Bělý´s work of art is usually interpreted on the background of Steiner´s philosofy, in this article the relation between his novel St. Petersburg and gnosticism is dealt at. Particular parts of the novel are compared with parts of gnostic tracts. As the conclusion we can say with no doubt, that the Bělyj´s novel bears traces of gnosticism.
