Czech Poetry, Protectorate (1939-1945), Baroque, folk songs, topos, topic of Countryside, traditionalism, Bedřich Fučík, Jan Čarek, František Branislav, Jan PIlař, Zdeněk Řezníček, Bohuslav Reynek, Vilém Závada, Vítězslav Nezval, František Hrubín, Jaroslav Kolman Cassius
Annotation in original language:
The paper shows the Czech poetry during the period of the Protectorate (1939-1945), when, for period poetry, the coutryside becomes the support which remains "when all else fails". The poetry of Protectorate is the world of order, of spiritual life, a space where communities of living, dead and unborn meet, a means of intimately expressing the national essence.
